Comedian Mwirigi Drops Debut Single "Grind"

Internet sensation and comedian Mwirigi has ventured into music with the release of his debut single, “Grind.” He first teased the song on October 30, 2024, via an Instagram post with the caption

“Grind by me and @an21ke out soon 🔥. Produced by @_otsimi_“

However, he went coy about the song details in the following months, leaving his fans guessing.

On January 3, 2025, Mwirigi officially unveiled the release date and shared the song’s cover art, designed by Branuel Christopher.

Kicking off the year with a bang, he promises this is just the beginning and has hinted that he has much more music coming. While promoting “Grind,” he shared a 2022 video rapping over Scar Mkadinali’s “Kovu Freestyle” instrumental with the caption:

He then posted another freestyle from 2021.
