Buruklyn Boyz BBOY SETTINGZ
Tano Nane’s finest Buruklyn Boyz finally released their highly anticipated sophomore album. Bboy Settingz was initially announced by their label Five 8 Records on Boxing Day via a cryptic Instagram post.
They would later post the tracklist on their Instagram, urging fans to anticipate the album at 00:00 EAT on 31st December.
This follows their debut album, East Mpaka London, released in May 2022. The duo, however, has not been off the scene, which is evident in the string of songs released during that period.
The duo released “StarShine” and were involved in multiple collaborations, from “Zoza” off Lilmaina’s Maisha ya Stunna to “Ki Di’ng” and “Telescope” off SewerSydaa’s album Mauru Unit more recently.
Bboy Settingz maintains the usual drill sound fans have become accustomed to and, surprisingly, has only two featured artists (Buruklyn G and YoungLouie58) throughout seven songs.

The album cover features the title over a backdrop of the Nairobi and London skylines, reminiscent of East Mpaka London.
Their debut album featured landmark buildings from both cities. Some of the skyscrapers include:

Big Ben (Elizabeth Tower), Buckingham Palace, The Shard, and The Gherkin
